Berliner Weisse Project

Two of the Adelaide Hills’ favourite producers have teamed up to create the Berliner Weisse Project – a local take on a German summer favourite. The collab brings together the Prancing Pony’s Berliner Weisse – a tart wheat beer with origins in 16th Century Germany – and an exclusive Beerenberg strawberry syrup.
Traditionally served in a goblet in venues in and around Berlin, a shot of syrup softens the beer’s mild sour and tart flavour. The Berliner Weisse Project comes in a pack including nine cans of Berliner Weisse, a bottle of Beerenberg syrup and nine eco-friendly straws.

Stockpot

After being forced to relocate because of a devastating fire at the Stirling Village Mall, Stockpot, which specialises in ready-made meals, is still going strong. It’s moved into its sister venue, Cellars & Patisserie, also at Stirling, and was recently named among the 2023 delicious 100 for its pies.
