A Hills day in review

Time to sample some winter reds

Wineries across the Adelaide Hills opened their doors and stoked up their fires for the 2026 iteration of the Winter Reds festival. There were more than 40 events held across the region on the weekend of July 24–26, many of which embraced this year’s cowboy country theme. Winter Reds showcases the region’s red wines and offers everything from casual festival-style events to more formal long lunches and wine flights.
