1Hills Collide
Taking over the former Summertown Aristologist space on Greenhill Road, Hills Collide has opened its new cellar door, showcasing its Adelaide Hills wines, sourced from growers in Piccadilly, Kuitpo and Macclesfield.
The kitchen offers a menu created with locally sourced produce including Section 28 cheeses and toasties made with wild rabbit, goat and venison.
Hills Collide is open on Saturdays and Sundays between 11am and 6pm.

2Bird in Hand accommodation
They’re known all over the world for their award-winning wine and recently opened the LVN Restaurant.
But now Bird in Hand winery, at Woodside, has opened an exclusive accommodation offering.
Called ‘O’ Quarters, the three-bedroom residence was previously only available to friends of the Bird in Hand brand, but will now be available to guests of the LVN Restaurant.

3Udder Delights 25 years
They started with two goats and a small “kitchen-sized” factory, but today Lobethal cheese company Udder Delights produces 800,000kg of handmade cheese a year.
In October the company celebrated 25 years of production, working with local farmers to create a truly local product.
